Salt and Soil offers an alternative asset class which enables investors to access equity in strong, stable, high-performing Canadian businesses and benefit from the continuation of their original owners' hard work and success.

Our ideal investors are patient, appreciate the value of small business as a space and investment vehicle, have knowledge and connections that can be helpful, and are humble, genuine people of high integrity.

We are currently oversubscribed for investors in our current portfolio but will be willing to accept inquiries for future LP opportunities. Applicants must meet certain criteria to invest with Salt and Soil.
